3. How accurate is the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) displayed in the tracking events?


The Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) is initially provided by the carrier when they receive your products. If the carrier has a more accurate estimate of when the shipment will arrive at the Amazon fulfillment center, the EDD will be updated. The carrier is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the EDD. If you have concerns about its accuracy, please contact the carrier.
