Air Freight

1. This quotation is limited to the FBA warehouse with the receiving address, and the freight quotation is RMB/KGS priced, and the settlement is based on the actual warehouse data;

2. The charging weight shall be the larger value according to the volume weight and the actual weight, and the volume weight ratio shall be as follows: length (CM) * width (CM) * height (CM)/6000;

3. Free door-to-door pick-up is available in Shenzhen, and pick-up outside Shenzhen requires a separate payment for the pick-up fee;

4. The quotation does not include: general trade declaration fees, and additional fees such as customs or airport deductions and inspections due to product quality inspection problems or inconsistent declaration information.

Europe

1. 12KGS≤single box chargeable weight≤30KGS, less than 12KGS is calculated according to 12KGS, if single-piece chargeable weight exceeds 30KGS, please consult us separately;

2. A single FBA warehouse for tax-included products starts at a minimum of 21KGS, and less than 21KGS is calculated as 21KGS;

A single FBA warehouse for self-taxed products starts at a minimum of 100KGS, and less than 100KGS is calculated as 100KGS;

3. Single piece size requirements: the longest side ≤120CM, the second long side ≤76CM, and the girth (length+2*width+2*height)≤320CM, please consult us separately for oversize goods.

America

1. 10KGS ≤ single box chargeable weight ≤ 30KGS, less than 10KGS is calculated according to 10KGS, single-piece chargeable weight exceeds 30KGS, please consult us separately;

2. A minimum weight for a single FBA warehouse is 21 KGS, less than 21KGS will be counted as 21KGS;

3. Single piece size requirements: the longest side ≤120CM, the second long side ≤76CM, and the girth (length+2*width+2*height)≤320CM, please consultusfor oversize goods.

Europe

1. The product declaration information must be consistent with the actual goods and meet the regulatory requirements of the exporting and importing country. The declared value of the goods must not be less than 25% of the platform selling price. All SKUs need to provide platform sales links;

2. All electronic appliances, medical supplies, toys, personal protective equipment and other products must have CE certification, and the products must be affixed with the CE label; electrical and electronic products must also be issued with Rohs certification;

3. The import of goods requires detailed manufacturer information identification,German instruction manuals are required for products imported into Germany;

4. When the destination customs determines that the product involves brand, certification, quality and other issues, the customer needs to provide relevant certification. If the goods are detained or destroyed or returned due to the inability to provide the information required by the customs in time, all responsibilities and expenses shall be borne by the customer bear.

America

1. The product declaration information must be consistent with the actual goods and meet the regulatory requirements of the exporting and importing country;

2. Medical equipment, cosmetics, children's toys, infant products, intellectual property products, which require FDA/DOT/FCC/CPSC/HDMI/(BQB) Bluetooth certification and other related certification qualification products. If they are rejected without certification, they are qualified for the qualification certification, please consult our business sales separately;

3. When the destination customs determines that the product involves brand, certification, quality and other issues, the customer needs to provide relevant certification. If the goods are detained, destroyed or returned due to the inability to provide the information required by the customs in time, all responsibilities and expenses shall be borne by the customer bear.

If the goods are delayed or lost, the compensation clause shall be based on the contract or consult our business sales separately.
